This map features a number of the attractions on Tasmania�s West Coast. The southern portion covers the fishing village of Strahan while towards the north lays the rugged and off grid village of Trial Harbour. The well-known Ocean Beach, exposed to the Roaring Forties, consists of large sand dunes and regularly attracts top surfers, four-wheel drivers and other beach users. The inland portion consists of hilly terrain with pockets of temperate rainforest, a variety of mines and timber plantations.
